• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients across both on-trade and off-trade channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, lead generation, and regular customer visits.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and quotation to order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective customer management and business development activities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions with customers and distributors in accordance with company guidelines.
• Plan and schedule regular sales visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance, customer activities, and market developments.

Requirement

• SPM with at least 1 years of work experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector, including the wine/alcohol industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are essential.
• Basic math and computer skills are necessary.
• Good organization and time management skills are crucial.
• A result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
