Management Trainee Program Overview

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our upcoming MT Program. This program offers a comprehensive introduction to the wealth management industry, combining technical knowledge with practical exposure to help you build a solid foundation for a career in finance.

Core Training & Exposure

• Monthly In-House Investment Committee: Master macroeconomic indicator analysis, Dynamic Asset Allocation, and Portfolio Management frameworks.

• Institutional Interface: Direct access to high-level executives and analysts from international Fund Houses for first-hand market sharing.

• Conduct portfolio diagnostics and asset restructuring using our proprietary analytical framework.

• Formulate objective, cross-institutional investment and risk-management proposals based on sector rotations.

• Leverage our open-architecture independent platform to select optimal solutions (risk isolation, funds, trusts) for clients.

• Education: Final-year students or recent graduates (Class of 2026 preferred) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or analytical disciplines.

• Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and structural thinking (Analytical personality traits are highly valued).
