• Invoice Processing & Payment Management: Handle the processing of supplier invoices, verify all relevant supporting documents, and accurately record accounts payable transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Payment Preparation & Execution: Prepare payment schedules and arrange supplier payments via online banking or other authorized payment channels, ensuring payments are made within the agreed credit terms.
• Supplier Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of supplier statements with the AP ledger, identify and investigate discrepancies, and follow up to ensure outstanding issues are resolved promptly.
• Expense Verification & Compliance: Review employee expense claims and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper approval, and compliance with company policies and applicable SST requirements.
• Accounts Payable Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly AP Aging Reports, track outstanding payables, and support effective cash flow management by ensuring liabilities are settled on a timely basis.
• Vendor Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate vendor master records, respond to supplier payment-related queries, and assist with the registration and onboarding of new vendors.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing AP schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents required for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are properly maintained and readily accessible.
• Ad-hoc Assignments: Carry out other finance-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time, in support of the company's day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
