Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Site planning, preparation and co-ordination on progress and schedule for timely completion.
  • Coordinate,liaise and manage various project stakeholders to achieve project milestones,deliverables and schedule monitoring.
  • Manage,control and monitor all project activities during design phase, site execution phase, testing & commissioning phase.
  • Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
  • Coordinate the safety management system on site.
  • Followup and reporting on the project progress.
  • Prepare project documents for submission, Eg Technical submittal for design approval,MS/SWP, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Incident Report with solutions, etc.
  • All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
