Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring that all departments are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing budgets: Monitoring and controlling expenses to stay within budget.
- Improving processes: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
- Supervising staff: Hiring, training, and managing employees to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Ensuring compliance: Making sure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, that any audit requirements are fulfilled.
- Inventory management: Keeping track of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
