Position Overview

Herbalgy is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our marketing team. This role will assist in managing artwork and social media design, ensuring that all visual content supports our brand identity and enhances marketing campaigns. The candidate will also play a key role in digital content creation and managing social media content with a strong sense of platform trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Herbalgy’s brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all platforms.

• Partner with the marketing team to design and deliver compelling visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

• Develop creative artwork for both online and offline channels, including posters, brochures, and event materials.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of social media content calendars by preparing engaging graphics and layouts.

• Adapt and refine existing artwork to suit diverse platforms, formats, and audience needs.

• Generate fresh creative concepts that support and elevate marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce timely, high-quality design outputs.

• Create and optimize digital content specifically tailored for social media engagement.

• Oversee and curate social media content with a strong grasp of platform trends, audience insights, and engagement strategies.

• Handle ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Experience in social media design and digital content creation.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
