Job Description

Responsibilities

As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for business operations, management and profitability.

Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to:

  • Set and drive overall business strategy, growth plans, and brand direction
  • Own full P&L performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and cost discipline
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across operations, marketing, and supply chain
  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent, compelling guest experience across all touchpoints
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, new outlets, partnerships, or formats
  • Establish systems, processes, and structure to support scale and operational excellence
