To manage the Branch, ensuring smooth operations functionalities both in the aspect of People management and Operations.

Manage and scan efficiently with promptness both incoming and outgoing shipments.

To plan and achieve monthly EM20 delivery performance KPI at 96% with the resources available at the branch.

To ensue staff achievement of KPIs achieved and monitor their development progress.

Customer Service and Inquiries provided with accuracy in regards to services provided-Products/Pricing and Shipment solutions.

To ensure company assets are orderly maintained and servicing done with appointed vendors to meet daily activity expectations.

Trucks are orderly maintained and in good condition to be utilised on the road-Road tax/Cleanliness.

Energetic with integrity, positive attitude and mindset, hardworking, independent and customer service oriented.

Complete with promptness ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
