You will be responsible for winning new commercial (B2B) laundry accounts and identifying tender opportunities the company can compete for. This is an active, field-based sales role, and you will spend a meaningful portion of your week meeting prospects in person.

Business Development

• Identify and approach prospective commercial clients through cold calling, emailing, walk-in visits and other outreach channels.

• Target segments span hospitality, wellness, fitness, institutional and corporate accounts.

• Conduct on-site visits to understand each prospect's volume, turnaround and service requirements.

• Prepare, present and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate service terms and close new commercial service agreements.

Tenders & Contracts

• Monitor GeBIZ and other relevant tender portals for laundry, facilities and hospitality contracts the company qualifies for.

• Screen opportunities for fit (contract size, service level requirements, eligibility criteria) and flag viable ones to management before submission.

• Support the preparation of tender and RFQ submissions, including gathering documentation and tracking deadlines.

Account Management

• Build and maintain relationships with existing commercial clients to support retention and account growth.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure new accounts are onboarded smoothly.

• Provide occasional customer support to Laundromat on the Move (LOTM) customers who need assistance.

• Work towards individual sales targets agreed with management, covering both prospecting activity and new accounts secured. Targets are set on appointment and reviewed regularly as the role develops.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline and client communications.

• Report sales activity and pipeline progress to management on a weekly basis.
