Job Descriptions:

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• To assist in data entry, prepare record and perform general clerical job.
• Resolve error with file by researching resources, tooling, production reject, changes in drawing or order quantities, etc. as required.
• Effectively interact with all department of the plant to quickly receive required information.
• Maintains and filling production files and prepares related report as requested.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, assist in 5S practice.
• Assist in prepare weekly and monthly planning report related with production planning.
• Key in overtime, employee leave and other benefits and communicate with HR Department.
• To assist on Production Executive and Engineer in overall production operation.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Knowledge about industry products and processes.
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with quality testing machines and systems.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to communicate, write in Bahasa & English and Mandarin
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office Fast-learning, motivated and ability to work independently
• To adhere and compliance of ISO9001 quality system requirement
• Experience in using Autocount System would be advantange.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
