Seedflex Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We’re scaling fast at Seedflex, and our finance team is hiring a Finance / Senior Finance Manager based in Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid, 1–3 days/week in-office).

Founded in 2023 by ex-Grab Finance leaders and backed by top global investors (ZVC, Iterative, 500Global), we are building AI-first lending infrastructure for MSMEs across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Reporting directly to our CFO, this role offers group-level responsibilities across Asia and hands-on experience using AI tools to build 10x, automated financial operations.

What You'll Drive

• Fundraising & Treasury: Partner with the CFO on VC and debt facility discussions, maintain liquidity models, and handle lender covenants.
• FP&A & Growth: Build financial models, track regional unit economics, and deliver strategic insights directly to leadership.
• Financial Reporting: Lead group-wide monthly consolidations, manage external audits, and oversee GL operations.

Who Should Apply

• 3–7 years of experience in audit, financial services, NBFI, banking, or treasury.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience (or strong proficiency) using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI to automate workflows.
• Strong accountability, high integrity, and a detail-oriented mindset.
