Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, responsible and service-oriented individuals to join our Japanese restaurant team as Restaurant Service Crew (Front of House). The role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.

Candidates without previous experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and take customer orders accurately.
  • Explain menu items when required.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Perform basic cashier and POS duties when assigned.
  • Prepare, clear and reset tables.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
  • Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
  • Respond to customer requests and feedback politely.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Follow the Company’s service standards, hygiene procedures and food safety requirements.
  • Perform other restaurant-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic English communication is preferred.
  • Friendly, polite and comfortable communicating with customers.
  • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous F&B, restaurant service or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates without experience, school leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
