• Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine parameters to ensure products are produced within specifications.
• Perform assembly, machining, welding, fabrication, and/or finishing tasks as assigned, depending on production line requirements.
• Conduct in-process visual and dimensional checks to identify defects, deviations, or abnormalities.
• Record production output, machine parameters, and quality data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues promptly to the supervisor or technician.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished products carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
• Follow 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety practices at all times.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste/scrap.
• Collaborate with team members, technicians, and QA personnel to resolve production issues.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on new processes or equipment.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent qualification; technical certificate is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred; fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, production processes, and quality standards.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for standing/repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Basic numeracy skills for measurement and data recording.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime, as required.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
