Responsibilities
Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival of goods
Prepare accurate shipping documents including shipping papers, invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport drivers to identify and resolve delivery delays
Monitor warehouse stock levels and record inventory data using software systems
Coordinate transport arrangements and organize staff rosters to support operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 'O' Levels or a Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to organize tasks, solve problems effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
