As a Finance Intern, you will work closely with our Finance team to gain practical experience in accounting, finance, and business operations. You will be involved in daily finance activities, including AP, AR, reconciliation, and stock take, while developing your accounting and analytical skills in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Check and process supplier and customer invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist with supplier and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor debtor aging and outstanding payments.
• Assist with payment processing and supplier statement reconciliation.
• Participate in physical stock counts and stock take activities.
• Assist with accounting data entry and filing of financial documents.
• Support the Finance team with month-end closing and other ad-hoc tasks.

Job requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Good interest in accounting and finance.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
