Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role

Responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and selling our company's products or services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Promote and expand Yeo's beverage portfolio across assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits and build strong business relationships.
• Execute sales promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments where applicable.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Dialects
• Familiarity with SAP, PowerBi and sales tracking tools
