And who knows Simplified and traditional mandarin

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through Calls, Chats, and Emails
• Provide professional and timely customer support
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards

Requirements:

• Native Taiwanese speaker
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

• Rotational 24/7 shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• 2 days off per week

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
