Job Summary

You will collaborate with portfolio managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, design and implement front-office investment workflows, and manage projects to enhance system performance and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
• Design, test, and implement processes, tools, and systems with IT, risk, finance teams, and external vendors to support front-office investment workflows
• Develop and execute test plans for system, process, and product upgrades, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain user guides and documentation for implemented processes, tools, and systems
• Plan and coordinate with multiple departments to implement roadmaps for front-office workflow features and upgrades
• Ensure front-office processes comply with internal standards for data integrity, security, and auditability
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot front-office processes, liaising with IT and external service providers to resolve production issues
• Manage project implementations with vendors and service providers, including procurement and administrative tasks
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new products and systems, including workflow and process re-engineering

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or product management
• Strong analytical skills applied to business and technical problem solving
• Good understanding of user-centric principles to enhance product usability
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
• Experience in developing comprehensive test plans
• Knowledge of investment systems such as Murex or SimCorp Dimension
