1. To assist service dealers on service, technical and spare parts issues.

2. To seek and appoint any qualified workshop as dealer to support after sales.

3. Assists customer to resolve service, technical and spare parts issues.

4. Breakdown coordinator to arrange assistant for vehicles which need breakdown support.

5. To conduct R&D for product quality improvement.

6. To carry on improvement campaign or call back campaign if necessary.

7. Breakdown support hotline.

8. Service dealer management – include training, audit and visitation.

9. Service fleet customer.

10. Support service dealer / workshop and attend to customer issues if needed.

11. Follow up all after-market vehicles issues, parts liaison and feedback for improvement.

12. Monitoring of vehicle tabulation and ensure sufficient parts stocking in each region and work closely with SPD personnel on this.

13. Any special projects, vehicle modification follows up.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
