Responsibilities

Key Skills
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing data from various sources, interpreting trends, and deriving meaningful insights to inform digital decisions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and think ahead for any potential roadblocks.
Analytical, logical and adaptable mindset: Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in challenging situations with changing priorities
Technical Proficiency: Quick to understand digital technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the industry, including some knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee digital transformation initiatives from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively, to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally. Ability to create compelling presentations for clients.
Strong in change management strategies, including the ability to guide clients and their teams through digital adoption, mitigating resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
Creative and innovative mindset to devise unique digital solutions, explore new approaches, and adapt to evolving industry trends.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Candidates with no prior experience but with a keen interest in building a strong business and digital consulting foundation are welcome to apply
