Event Coordinator
Full-Time / Part-Time | Students & Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the Role

You will support the planning and delivery of events from concept to completion, working with internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan event timelines, logistics, budgets and materials
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers and partners
• Manage registrations, guest communication and event details
• Support event marketing and promotional activities
• Assist with event setup and on-site operations
• Handle changes and troubleshoot issues during events
• Collect feedback to improve future events

Who We’re Looking For

• Students, fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication and people skills
• Creative, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Able to work flexible hours for occasional evening or weekend events
• Event, hospitality or project experience is an advantage
