PrimaBaguz, established in 1987, is a Malaysian manufacturer renowned for its high-quality halal meat products consisting of frankfurters & sausages, cold-cuts, gourmet soups and sauces, meatballs and patties. Since 2020, it has been part of Johnsonville, a leading processed meat company from Wisconsin, USA. This acquisition strengthens Johnsonville’s foothold in Southeast Asia and enables access to global foodservice clients such as quick-service restaurants and HORECA services. Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting the Commercial Team in sales coordination, order management, forecasting, and customer service activities. The incumbent will ensure timely processing of sales orders, maintain accurate demand forecasts, coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, and provide effective solutions to customer-related matters. The position plays a key role in optimizing order fulfilment, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist Commercial Team on the sales coordination and documentation, handle customer complaints/deliveries/returns/reject with an appropriate solution within the time limits.
- Responsible to ensure sales orders are issued on time to avoid delayed customer orders.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistic, Production and Business departments pertaining to customers’ order status.
- Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products.
- Create and maintains forecasting template for key customers and products
- Handle monthly forecast review, highlight any significant changes to top customer products forecast vs past month’s average sales volume due to LTO activity, new outlet expansion, new recipe or seasonality.
- Alert the Business unit team on potential failure due to forecast inaccuracy, material or capacity disruption.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales value and volume analysis from time to time.
- To take the extra mile to engage with customers.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
Education
Diploma/Bachelor in Customer Service/Business Management or equivalents.
Experience
At least years of related experience in customer service and people management or business management.
Skills
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good understanding of filing system and procedure.
- Customer handling skills.
- Ability to create rapport with customers over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills.
