Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall project from mobilisation through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Establish project priorities, master programme, resources, execution strategy, and delivery targets.
- Direct engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across all relevant disciplines.
- Manage project cost, commercial exposure, variations, procurement, resources, and contractual requirements.
- Lead client, consultant, main contractor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships at project level.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement timely recovery measures.
- Ensure project works meet required quality, safety, statutory, and contractual standards.
- Resolve major technical, coordination, commercial, and operational issues affecting project delivery.
- Lead and develop project managers, discipline managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement through better engineering solutions, construction methods, technology, productivity, and cost efficiency.
