Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FOR 5:30AM AND 1AM

Payment: Hourly

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
• Recommend and promote premium chocolate products to customers.
• Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately.
• Pack and prepare chocolate products for customers.
• Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.
• Replenish stocks and monitor product availability.
• Ensure the retail area is clean, neat and presentable.
• Assist with daily store operations and inventory activities.
• Follow company procedures for product handling and store operations.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales and service standards.
• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns when required.

Job Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail, F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including early morning and late-night shifts.
