Lead and coordinate team members to achieve production and sales targets in a fast-paced food factory environment
Follow management instructions accurately to ensure smooth factory operations
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to meet work challenges and support team goals
Work overtime as required to meet production deadlines and sales objectives
Support overseas assignments when needed to expand business reach
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a degree to support leadership and operational responsibilities
Willingness to work overseas to support business expansion
