Responsibilities
Brief Summary:
Join our dynamic hospitality team where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage guest interactions and coordinate hotel operations seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing efficiently.
Maintain accurate records in property management systems (PMS).
Uphold service standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management preferred.
1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
WSQ certifications in Service Excellence or Hotel Operations advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office.
