* Assist Head Chef in day to day operations.

* European and Fusion cuisine experience

* Lead role in cooking and managing in a fast paced outlet.

* Passionate and set standards, ensuring high food quality and food presentation.

* Excellent communications skills, and assist Executive Chef in inventory and budget

* Interact well with service colleagues, vendors and suppliers

* Excellent hygiene and safety habits and demands
