Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely support and resolving issues to build trust and satisfaction through positive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and care
• Resolve customer concerns by applying friendly, solution-focused communication
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate guidance
• Process customer requests, orders, and documentation efficiently and accurately
• Log and update records of customer interactions consistently to ensure accurate tracking
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
• Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
• Confidence in managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels
• Ability to use CRM systems and quickly learn new tools
• Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach when handling pressure situations
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple requests efficiently
• A genuine desire to help people and create positive customer experiences
• A certificate in customer service is a plus, but not required
