  • Personally develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers across National Oil Companies (NOCs), International Oil Companies (IOCs), FPSO operators, refineries, petrochemical companies, and Tier-1 EPC contractors.
  • Develop and execute market-entry strategies across new geographies, industries, and customer segments.
  • Evaluate and execute strategic alliances, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and other inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Develop a robust Agency & Distributorship business to represent complementary technologies and establish a broader one-stop-shop offering for industrial facility maintenance and related services.
  • Strengthen the company’s value proposition and market differentiation through technology, operational excellence, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Build a strong commercial pipeline and establish appropriate KPIs to monitor business development and revenue performance.

3. Operational & Financial Stewardship

  • Assume full accountability for the company's P&L, revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
  • Drive margin improvement through optimized supply chains, resource utilization, pricing strategies, productivity improvements, and lean operational structures.
  • Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators across the organization.
  • Advise the Board on capital allocation, including investment decisions relating to proprietary robotics, technology development, fleet expansion, and asset maintenance.
  • Ensure capital investments are supported by robust ROI and commercial business cases.
  • Develop a data-driven operating culture through real-time dashboards covering utilization, project performance, safety, operational efficiency, and contract-level profitability.
  • Ensure appropriate financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks are in place.

4. Technology, Innovation & ESG

  • Champion the organization's transition toward technology-enabled and automated service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to deploy robotics, AI, automation, data analytics, and other technologies to improve safety, productivity, environmental performance, and customer value.
  • Drive the commercialization of innovative technologies and ensure they translate into measurable business outcomes.
  • Position the company as a strategic enabler of clients’ ESG and Net-Zero objectives through waste reduction, advanced oil recovery, and environmentally responsible solutions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and other industry stakeholders to accelerate innovation.

5. Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the organization's senior leadership team and overall workforce.
  • Build and retain high-performing technical, engineering, commercial, and operational talent.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, innovation, safety, customer value, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the organizational and cultural transformation from a traditional "boots-on-the-ground" service organization into a technology-first solutions business.
  • Develop succession planning and leadership development strategies to ensure long-term organizational resilience.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and effective decision-making across the organization.

6. Governance, QHSE & Risk Management

  • Ensure the organization maintains world-class Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
  • Establish a strong culture of safety, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and environmental responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, contractual requirements, and international standards.
  • Oversee enterprise-level risk management and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Maintain strong governance and transparency in decision-making, financial management, and business operations.
