We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain in-house software solutions that support clinical and dental laboratory workflows. The successful candidate will lead the development of web-based Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, workflow management systems, and digital platforms for dental applications.

The role will also contribute to the development of mobile applications, automation tools, data-driven algorithms, and AI-enabled solutions that improve clinical efficiency, patient care, manufacturing processes, and research translation. The candidate will work closely with clinicians, dental laboratory technologists, engineers, researchers, and industry partners to transform ideas into scalable software products.

Key Responsibilities
Software Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based applications supporting dentaland clinical workflows.
• Develop user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
• Build and maintain application programming interfaces (APIs) to integrate with clinicalsystems, laboratory equipment, and third-party software.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.

CAD/CAM and Dental Technology Solutions

• Prosthodontic design
• Orthodontic workflows
• Surgical guide planning
• Dental manufacturing and 3D printing processes
• Integrate 3D visualization, geometric modelling, and mesh processing capabilities into software applications.
• Support interoperability with dental CAD/CAM systems and digital manufacturing platforms.

Mobile Application Development

• Design and develop mobile applications for clinical, patient-facing, educational, or operational use.
• Support cross-platform development for iOS and Android devices.
• Integrate mobile applications with web platforms and cloud services.

Algorithm and AI Development

• Develop algorithms for data processing, automation, image analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Support machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives for digital dentistryand healthcare applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve clinical and laboratory operations.

Collaboration and Innovation

• Work closely with clinicians, dental technicians, researchers, and engineers to gather requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Participate ininnovation projects, proof-of-concept studies, and technology translation initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and development standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering,Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Experience

• 2-5 years of software development experience (or equivalent demonstrated portfolio).
• Experience developing and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Experience working in healthcare, medical technology, manufacturing, CAD/CAM, or research environments is advantageous.
