1. Sales and Customers Service

Maintains a profitable reputable café, that is:

• Handles cash transactions honestly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Assists in the supervision of the profitable café.
• Assists the Supervisor & Business Owner in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
• Maintains an efficient, friendly service standard at all time.
• Responds proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
• Handles all drink and food items during preparation safely.
• Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers.

2. Store Operations

Maintaining efficient and sales targets, and surpass customer’s expectations on each occasion, that is:

• Completes daily report as assigned.
• Performs opening and closing duties
• Reports potential safety hazards to Café Owner
• Cleans the bar area, floor, grinders, take out trash, etc routinely.

3. Product Knowledge

Delivers consistent quality products, that is:

• Assists the Supervisor & Café Owner in educating all Barista on all products and services.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Oversees drink-making and ensuring that only consistent quality drinks and products are served.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
