Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1.Handle daily receiving, checking and issuing of raw materials, components, spare parts and finished goods.
2.Check incoming goods against Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and related documents.
3.Prepare and maintain Goods Received Note (GRN) and other store documentation.
4.Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the inventory system.
5.Arrange and store materials systematically with proper identification and labelling.
6.Issue materials to the Production Department according to authorized material requests.
7.Monitor stock quantity and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
8.Perform regular stock checking and assist in monthly/yearly stock take.
9.Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
10.Prepare materials according to production schedules and requirements.
11.Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QA/QC and Logistics regarding material requirements and stock movement.
12.Maintain proper filing of store and inventory documents.
13.Ensure the store/warehouse area is clean, organized and complies with company safety requirements.
14.Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
15.Follow company procedures, SOPs and safety regulations.
16.Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
