The Digital Platform Manager reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and is responsible for defining, managing, and enhancing the roadmap for digital platforms that support new business models and customer experiences. This role ensures platform interoperability, leverages analytics for personalization, and aligns platform initiatives with the company’s strategic transformation priorities.
- Define and manage the digital platform roadmap to support business growth and enable new business models including AI embedded.
- Drive platform enhancement and ensure seamless interoperability across systems and channels for an optimal customer experience.
- Utilize analytics and data insights to improve personalization and engagement across digital touchpoints.
- Oversee vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for platform services.
- Align platform initiatives with strategic transformation priorities and collaborate closely with IT, business units, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all digital platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to drive innovation.
- Support agile project delivery and continuous improvement cycles for digital platforms.

- We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Solutions Manager to join GEGM Digital Transformation Department. The Digital Solution Manager will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and improve business efficiency.
- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years proven experience in digital transformation, digital strategy development, and project management, preferable in financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including General Insurance related system and its operational processes in an asset
- Experience in managing digital platforms, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture, integration, and digital customer engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and platform solutions.
- Excellent project management, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics, workflow automation, and customer experience design.
- Tertiary qualification in any fields. AMII or DMII qualifications - preferable but not compulsory. 4-8 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Broad based general insurance experience in sales & marketing. Product knowledge and underwriting skills. Interpersonal relationship building skills.
