Future-E HR Hiring! Full Time LNG Trader in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse global LNG and ethane markets to identify trading opportunities.
• Develop market insights and commercial recommendations to support trading decisions.
• Execute paper trading strategies for LNG, ethane and related energy products.
• Manage trading positions, market exposure and P&L within approved risk limits.
• Work closely with operations, shipping, finance and risk management teams.
• Build relationships with brokers, counterparties and key market participants.
• Progressively participate in physical LNG and ethane trading as the business expands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in LNG, natural gas, ethane or energy trading.
• Strong knowledge of LNG market fundamentals, pricing mechanisms, shipping economics and global energy markets.
• Experience in paper trading of LNG, natural gas, LPG, crude oil or other energy commodities is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and risk management capabilities.
• High integrity, commercial acumen and excellent teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare business documentation in both languages.
