Qualifications

• Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder engagement, customer service, and ability to build trust with healthcare partners.
• Sales and business development capabilities, such as prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present solutions to diverse audiences.
• Organizational and analytical skills, including use of CRM tools, data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis of account performance and KPIs.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably within technology, or professional services, is an advantage.
