Eastern Decorator Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative, experienced and hands-on Interior Design Manager to join our team! If you have a strong eye for design, solid project management skills, and experience in retail, consignment, renovation or commercial fit-out projects, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion

• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts and presentations

• Review drawings, 3D perspectives and material selections

• Manage retail renovation, consignment and fit-out projects

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and consultants

• Oversee site progress, quality and project timelines

• Manage project budgets and resources

• Lead and guide the design team

• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution

• Present design proposals to management when required

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• Experience managing multiple projects and leading a team

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and relevant design software

• Strong knowledge of materials, construction details and space planning

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

• Experience in retail or commercial design is an added advantage
