Job Summary

Manage all operational aspects of a newly opening Wagyu beef cutlet restaurant. Lead the team effectively and apply operational expertise in beef cutlet or Japanese cuisine settings. Support future expansion by leveraging experience in launching new restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

Manage and coordinate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance

Apply operational knowledge specific to beef cutlet or Japanese cuisine to optimize processes and quality

Oversee inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control to maintain profitability

Implement standard operating procedures for new restaurant launch and ongoing operations

Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant environment

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Support expansion plans by sharing expertise in opening and managing multiple restaurant locations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in launching new restaurant locations, preferably in beef cutlet or Japanese cuisine
