Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales & Content Associate to join our KLGCC Flagship boutique.

This is not a passive retail role. It is a performance-driven styling and sales position for someone who understands how to build trust, guide customers confidently, and convert interest into long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for delivering elevated in-store experiences while driving measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Performance

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
• Drive strong conversion rates and healthy average order value (AOV)
• Confidently present higher-value pieces and cross-sell thoughtfully
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat purchases

Styling & Customer Experience

• Provide personalised styling advice aligned with each customer’s lifestyle
• Communicate product knowledge clearly (materials, craftsmanship, gemstone care)
• Build genuine relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal clients
• Support Forever Bracelet appointments and special in-store experiences

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand direction
• Ensure store presentation is polished and consistent
• Assist with inventory handling and stock checks
• Support new launches and campaign rollouts

Content

• Create in store content and also be supporting or involve in Live selling as and when required

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Sales-driven and comfortable working towards KPIs
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Presentable, polished, and confident interacting with customers
• Responsible, punctual, and emotionally mature
• Able to work weekends and retail hours
