Pentrac Consulting Hiring! Full Time Planner (Fresh graduates) in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

- Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels 

-Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives

- Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc

- Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners

- Perform production planning activities, eg, formulate build plans, release work orders/plan, expediting shipment

- Scrub and evaluate material availability, inventory level

- Work with CM, to pull in materials and products allocation

- Work on customers expedite enquiries and order rescheduling

- Maintain planning system attributes and settings

- Support Division on supply chain analysis (eg backlog, demand), shipment projection

Qualifications

- Degree in any field, as long as interested in Supply Chain Management.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements :

- Excellent comprehension and good writing and communication skills

- Highly computer literate and very familiar with word-processing, database and spreadsheet applications

- Fluency in English is needed

- Team player and mature

- Basic escalation management skill

- Able to cope with changing and fast paced environment

- Highly efficient and organized with good planning skills
