Nearest MRT: Lavender (Central Region)
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: $17–$22/hour
Contract Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of courses, programmes and events.
• Assist with SkillsFuture courses, performing arts programmes and trainer-related matters.
• Support project and event activities, including preparing presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and community partners.
• Support social media and communications-related activities.
• Assist with new initiatives and other ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant experience in programme, course, project or event coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and presentation tools.
• Creative, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
