We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. You will serve as the main point of contact for our existing business clients, helping them get the most out of our range of services.

Your core objective is maintaining healthy client relationships, handling contract renewals, and introducing our latest service features and technology enhancements to help clients optimize their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship & Renewals: Maintain regular contact with existing business clients, manage contract renewal cycles, and ensure high service retention.
• Product Walkthroughs & Demos: Introduce new product features, upgraded service tiers, and advanced toolkits to existing clients through live demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Service Upgrades & Expansion: Identify evolving operational needs within existing accounts to recommend practical upgrades, resource expansions, and new service modules.
• Account Health & Support Coordination: Monitor client service utilization, coordinate with technical and support teams during issue escalations, and keep clients updated on resolutions.
• Onboarding & Transitions: Assist with smooth client account transitions post-sale and guide clients through routine service reviews.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client support (B2B tech or IT services background preferred).
• Basic familiarity with IT services (e.g., hosting, cloud basics, or IT security fundamentals).
• Confident presentation and demonstration skills; comfortable showing software or platform features to business users.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
