GL Education Group Sdn Bhd operates Global Leaders Academy (GL Academy), a Ministry of Education-recognised English language school and academic development centre in Plaza Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. We provide English language programmes to students from diverse international backgrounds.

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to deliver engaging English lessons to international students through both online and physical classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging English lessons according to students' levels and learning needs.
• Teach English language skills including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Adapt lessons for both online and physical classroom settings.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare teaching materials, activities, and assessments where required.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESL, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Native English speaker or near-native English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous English teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience teaching international or multilingual students is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Good classroom management and lesson-planning skills.
• Comfortable conducting both online and physical classes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a teaching team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
