Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a

related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking, financial

services or investment banking.

• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and process mapping.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and

PowerPoint.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project-management/documentation

tools is an advantage.

Salary: RM 4000 - 5000 (Depending on experience)

Nationality : Malaysians only

Pay: RM4,000.42 - RM5,000.34 per month
