Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in the Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia Metropolitan Area. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support brand-building activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, preparing marketing materials, and collaborating with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversions. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to marketing strategies. The Marketing Executive will participate in events or promotional activities and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure that marketing objectives align with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design, implement, and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather insights on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support revenue growth, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Relevant experience in a marketing or sales-related role, preferably within a commercial or consumer-facing environment.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use basic digital tools or platforms to support marketing activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
