• Strategic Planning abilities to forecast trend and formulate plans
• Able to execute the strategic plan by leading a team of 2-3 sales personnel to achieve sales targets
• Able to travel and visit customers
• Report achievement of market situation / market research
• Good leadership skills and able to train, delegate, and monitor progress.
• Achieve sales target

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree with related field, experience, analytical and leadership quality.
• Have strong human relation and management ability
• Proven sales experience in the flooring industry is essential. Candidates must have a strong understanding of flooring products, customers, and market trends.
• Independent and Objectives driven
• Strong communication skills
• Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence are preferred.
