1. Full-Cycle Overseas Recruitment

Own full-cycle overseas recruitment, including demand sorting, talent sourcing, interviewing, assessment, salary negotiation, offer issuance and onboarding follow-up, to support steady overseas business development.

2. Recruitment Channel Operation

Develop and optimize overseas recruitment channels (platforms, headhunters, industry communities, internal referrals, etc.). Improve recruitment efficiency and accuracy while controlling recruitment costs.

3. Business Demand Alignment

Align closely with overseas business teams to clarify recruitment demands, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions for mid-to-high-end and local roles to solve business talent shortages efficiently.

4. Talent Pool Construction

Build and maintain an overseas cross-border talent pool, explore and activate high-quality talent resources, and establish a sustainable long-term talent reserve system.

5. Process Optimization & Data Management

Conduct regular recruitment data analysis and work reviews. Optimize recruitment processes and strategies based on recruitment cycle, channel conversion, talent retention and other key data to boost overall recruitment performance.

6. Team Collaboration & Compliance Management

Collaborate with HR cross-functional teams to support talent admission and onboarding management, and ensure all overseas recruitment work complies with local regulations and corporate rules.

7. Special Recruitment Tasks

Undertake urgent, batch and high-end scarce talent recruitment tasks to guarantee the stable and sustainable development of overseas business.
