Responsibilities
Our esteemed client in the
Environmental Services industry
is seeking a
HR cum Admin Executive
to join their dynamic team:
Employment Type:
Permanent
Position:
HR cum Admin Executive
Location:
Tuas (Transport provided)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary Package:
Up to $3,500 + Transport Allowance* + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain confidential employee records, including personal and leave records.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Check attendance, timesheets and overtime records for payroll processing.
Monitor employee confirmations and performance appraisals.
Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, confirmation, increment and promotion letters.
Support recruitment and liaise with recruitment agencies/ vendors.
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports.
Coordinate employee training programmes and external training providers.
Assist with company events and staff welfare activities.
Support the HR Manager and departments on HR and administrative matters.
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office.
