• Handle daily container gate-in and gate-out documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, hauliers, shipping lines, and internal teams regarding container movement and status.
• Ensure accuracy of container details (container number, seal number, damage report, size/type, condition).
• Maintain filing and record-keeping of all depot documents.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to depot operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage).
• Experience in depot, logistics, or shipping industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcomed).
• Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
