HR EXECUTIVE - TRAINING & ESD EXPATRIATE (HANDLING FOREIGN WORKER STAFF)

ESD / Expatriate Management
- Manage and coordinate ESD related matters for expatriate employees.
- Handle the end to end expatriate application process, including preparation and submission of relevant documents.
- Coordinate with relevant parties regarding Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass and other expatriate-related applications, where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain complete expatriate documentation and records.
- Monitor the validity and expiry dates of expatriate passes, permits and relevant documents.
- Coordinate renewals, extensions, cancellations and transfers of expatriate passes.
- Liaise with ESD, Immigration and relevant government agencies on expatriate-related matters.
- Assist expatriates with onboarding and documentation requirements upon joining the company.
- Ensure expatriate employment documentation is properly maintained and up to date.
- Monitor expatriate movements, status and related HR records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable immigration and expatriate employment requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to expatriate employees regarding HR and immigration-related matters.
Requirements – HR Executive (Training & ESD)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Experience in ESD / expatriate management / immigration matters is highly preferred.
- Familiar with Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP) and other expatriate-related processes.
- Experience handling ESD applications, renewals, extensions, cancellations and transfers is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment and immigration requirements.
- Experience in Training & Development, including training coordination, onboarding, training records and HRD Corp matters.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with management, expatriate employees and government agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Mature, responsible, well-organized and able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
