Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across all non-face-to-face servicing channels.
• Guide customers and front-office staff on the use of our online trading platform.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational and technical queries.
• Process applications related to our online trading portal in a timely manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders.
• Support various administrative tasks, ad hoc duties, and contribute to projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-centric mind set with a commitment to service excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance or a related field.
